The holidays are in everyone’s rear-view mirror now and the down-to-business attitudes have permeated the online world once again. We’re all getting after those goals for 2011, and from the looks of things most have gotten off to great starts.
I think this will be a break-out year for many bloggers and I wish you all well!
This is the 14th edition of this series, which seems like I started a mere few weeks ago. Time continues to fly, so let’s get right to it.

Are Your Goals Attainable In 2011
If you’ve been on the internet for more than 15 minutes, you have likely seen the author of this post, Patricia. I am typing this as quickly as I can because her comment is subject to be here before I even publish.
This is a lady on a mission and this post about the attainability of 2011 goals is an interesting read. Unassuming and very active, Patricia is everywhere.
I met her a few months ago and instantly knew I had met a new friend. I urge the two people on the internet who have yet to meet her to read her back story, which is inspiring.

Hey Jimi,
Great roundup as always mate! The article that in my opinion stands out is Ana’s. Really a great piece on link building, as it goes in deep details, you can hardly find anywhere else. The parts on backlinks from article directories, forums and EDU/.GOV links were pretty useful.
The other article I really liked was by Sonia Mansfield on the different personas we have online. Again some valid points there. However I believe that this trend is slowly coming to an end and people are starting to use their real names, etc.

I agree, Ana’s article is very informative. I’ve found her site in general to be a really great hang out, so I’ll be spending more time there this year picking her brain.

Jimi,
another great round up, as always. Thanks for sharing these links, particularly the one on page rank. I have been waiting for some further information must of missed this post. It is good to know some sort of page rank update is coming down the road, even if Google is downplaying the importance of it.

Thanks for a great list of very interesting posts Jimi, you’ve just made my daily commenting task a whole lot easier.
The night photos were fantastic, I bet they weren’t taken with a Poloraid Instamatic.
Like you I was a bit concerned about the multiple personalities post, but I think this comes from being part of the baby boomer generation.
Jimi, I haven’t known you for long, but I like the cut of your jib. 8) I’ve been wanting to pinch your Sunday Seven idea for a while now, I’ve just got to come up with a snappy title. Now I’;ve seen something else on your blog I want to pinch; – the logos for each of your regular posts.
What a great idea Jimi, it’s too good to keep all to yourself.

Hey John!
LOL – Polaroid never produced imagery like that. That’s funny.
Pinch on, brother. I’ll kick around a few idea for a Sunday title and shoot them to you to help get the juices flowing for your series. One benefit of doing a series is the fact that you don’t have to figure out a topic, just locate some great content to share. Speaking of sharing, if you launch the series, I’ll share some harvesting tips for content.
Regarding the post, I create these “post footers” to trim out the standard look, just a little something extra to make things different.
i have no issue with sharing, glad you like it.
Adds a little style to things.
See you soon!
